The MEDENUS gas pressure regulator type RS250 ensures a constant outlet pressure - regardless of the primary (inlet) pressure - when the gas usage varies and ensures a quick pressure regulation when the flow rate abruptly changes. The inbuilt safety shut off valve ensures a safe shut off if the pressure is too high or too low.

Recommended periods of maintenance for MEDENUS devices:
According to the worksheet DVGW G495 we recommend to change the wear parts as follows:
- Inlet pressure > 0,1 to 1,0 bar: 8 years
- Inlet pressure 1,0 to 5,0 bar: 4 years
- Inlet pressure 5,0 to 16 bar: 2 years
If the application is in critical conditions or poor environmental circumstances the maintenance interval must be evaluated by a trained professional and this leads maybe to shorter intervalls.
